At this price point, we would have loved to have seen a battery pack included into the bag. It seems like a way the industry is headed.

However, if you are buying a bag with an eye on holding your laptop, tablet and camera, the chances are solid that you already have a few handy portable chargers at home.

The features that are included are cleverly installed and have an eye on the modern traveler.

From the reflective tape to the security lock, this is a bag you will feel comfortable lugging around, especially with your prized possessions and passport in tow.

I especially enjoyed the power bank slot, which can be accessed from the outside so you don't have to lug around that cumbersome device in your pocket.

Score: 9 out of 10

Comfort:

Wearing this bag was a delight. The back of the bag is covered with memory foam sections that really do help with carrying a heavy bag.

The campaign explains: "Udee backpack improves weight distribution with careful design features, including an S-shaped belt, X-shaped back support structure, and PE material."

Normally a fully packed bag is a chore. The Udee took the work out of toting our valuables though.

Score: 10 out of 10

Look:

This is purely subjective. What you see at the campaign is what you get in the two available colors in the light gray and dark gray bags.

So, score accordingly, but I absolutely loved the simplistic yet sophisticated look of the bag. It's sleek, feels sturdy and has a style that will eventually make other travelers ask you where you got your bag.

Score: 10 out of 10

Overall: 48 out of 50

Storage: 10

Durability: 9

Features: 9

Comfort: 10

Look: 10

As you can tell, I really enjoyed the Udee. It's at the top of my list of bags I will take out of the closet and use, not just on my photography sessions, but anytime I'm on the road.

Its features are smart and its design elegant. Whether it warrants over $100 of your money is completely up to you.
