Travel Tech Next: KUKE Packs Amazing Power Into An iPhone Case

It doesn’t take much to take your iPhone to the next level.

Now there are plenty of choices to give your smartphone extra power and storage while also upgrading its heft, which is a bummer when all you want is a streamlined iPhone to tote around the world.

Enter KUKE, which is taking Indiegogo by storm.

As of this writing, the iPhone case has reached its goal of $20,000 and then some—all with 10 days left to go in the campaign.

As the Indiegogo post illustrates, iPhone owners have their pick of powerful cases, including Apple’s famously bulky addition to its line.

However, KUKE aims to be that all-in-one solution to your smartphone needs.

KUKE, as you can see, is slim, measuring just 11 mm in depth. This is a shade smaller than Apple and Mophie, which offer cases that measure 14.79 and 16.8 millimeters respectively, according to KUKE.

Losing heft doesn’t mean missing out on amenities, because the case is doing its best to answer you demands.

This particular device has storage up to 64 gigabytes and backup power that will allow “up to 70 percent extra battery for iPhone 6/6s, up to 40 percent for iPhone 6/6s Plus.”

And it’s seemingly easy to use:

Currently, the featured package is $69 and gets you the following: “One KUKE (2400mAh & 16G) in Black or White.” Expect delivery by March 2016.

Travelers with an iPhone 6 or 6 Plus are like anybody with a smartphone. They crave a solution to ensure that they have all the power and storage they need on the go.

The market, thankfully, is in a race to offer an answer that doesn’t turn the normally slick smartphone into a brick that fits in your pocket.

KUKE is that miniscule device that packs a wallop of innovations.
