With LiftUp there is now absolutely no excuse not to fit in a little exercise while you travel.

Of course, this might be horrible news for those lazy individuals in the audience.

The exercise innovation is getting a boost on Kickstarter at the moment. With 20 days left to go as of this writing it has amassed over $21,000 of its $50,000 goal.

As you will see in the following video, LiftUp is equipment tethered to technology that will invigorate your workout and give you the details you need to measure your progress.

And from the looks of it, the entire contraption will fit nicely in any carry-on luggage.

Sadly, it’s rather difficult to track down a quick and easy way to exercise when traveling.

Sure, there might be an in-hotel gym or a solution down the street. But chances are good that you have precious little time, especially if you happen to be of the corporate traveler variety.

Various equipment has come and gone through the years, including those water inflatable dumbbells that we pondered ages ago.

With LiftUp, there is a promise of extracting a great deal of physical exertion from a small contraption that comes bearing a wealth of precious tech.

According to the campaign, the resistance bands will give you a healthy go in just 15 minutes of your time.

Sensors and Bluetooth technology are also included in order to better gauge your progress and illustrate how many calories you are burning.

At the moment, $199 will get you the entire LiftUp package, including handles and smart adapters.

However, you will have to stick with regular ol’ push-ups for the remainder of the year, as this product doesn't ship until December.
