Well, this is true as long as you are flying KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.

The airline now allows travelers to check in via the Facebook Messenger service. And the best news is that it’s celebrating that fact with a sweepstakes, which may just garner you a free trip.

But first, here is a video that highlights the ease with which you can maneuver your flight info in-app.

KLM explains that you get information for a plugin while you book your flight on Now you need to have been on Facebook in the last 90 days as the feature works with cookies. The website states, “We will then use Messenger to send you your travel documents and relevant flight status updates.”

That same website offers information on how you can win two tickets to anywhere you desire as a means to help KLM ring in the new innovation.

The best part is the contest is quite easy and mandates that you simply utilize the Facebook Messenger service anytime from now until April 27, which may just net you and a special someone “return tickets to a destination of your choice.”
