Tourism company New York City Vacation Packages (NYCVP) has officially announced two hosted and escorted tours for 2016.

The first tour will take place on Memorial Day weekend—starting on May 26 and running through May 30—and will feature accommodations at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel, two Broadway shows, sightseeing excursions, most meals and even a meet-and-greet with Broadway actors .

The Memorial Day NYCVP tour will provide a personal tour guide to help travelers see all of the top sites in the city, and prices for the trip start at $1,659 per adult (based on two adults sharing a room), with the vacation being commissionable to travel agents.

The second tour is scheduled for Thanksgiving week—starting on Nov. 22 and running through Nov. 26—and will include the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel, a visit to the Statue of Liberty, a Broadway show, the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, several meals and a personal tour guide.

The four-night tour is centered on the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and will give tourists inside access to behind-the-scenes areas and the areas where the giant balloons used during the parade are inflated.

As for the price of the Thanksgiving four-night vacation, the trip will run travelers $1,999 per adult sharing a room, which is also commissionable to travel agents.

NYCVP Vice President Joel Cohen released a statement: “We determined there are travelers who want to feel comfortable in a small group environment. New York City may be all about hustle and crowds, but we think we’re taking some of the anxiety out of the travel experience with this Memorial Day hosted tour.”

“Travelers will get inside the Statue of Liberty and climb up to the pedestal for a view of the Manhattan skyline. They’ll dine at legendary Sardi’s, actually meet a Radio City Rockette, and watch the sun set from Top of the Rock. All this – with a professional tour host to escort them throughout.”
