Silversea has created packages that include air, hotel and transfers with its Silver Galapagos expedition cruises. Previously, the Galapagos voyages were sold cruise-only and travelers could book hotel, transfers and air as add-ons.
The new package includes round-trip economy-class air between Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands; a two-night pre-cruise hotel stay with breakfast at the Quito JW Marriott; an evening tour of Quito’s historic city highlights; transfer from the hotel to the airport in Quito; pre- and post-cruise transfers between the airport and Silver Galapagos in Baltra; a post-cruise hotel day room at the Hotel Oro Verde in Guayaquil for guests with flights after 10 p.m.; transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport in Guayaquil; Galápagos National Park and Ingala Transit Card fees; and porterage fees.
The voyage on the 100-guest, all-suite Silver Galapagos includes complimentary activities such as Zodiac tours, snorkeling, kayaking and nature hikes led by guides certified by the National Park of the Galápagos. The ship includes butler service, gourmet cuisine, and complimentary champagne, wines and spirits.
“With these new all-inclusive air and land packages, designed with the highest levels of comfort, convenience, and value for our guests, the award-winning Silversea experience continues to be the perfect choice for travelers seeking an enriching holiday in the exotic Galápagos,” said Kristian Anderson, Silversea’s senior vice president and general manager for the Americas.
