It’s not too late to still enjoy a terrific vacation to Hawaii before the year is over – or even into next year.

And if you need extra motivation to get moving and make your plans quickly, consider all of the exciting events and adventures that the state will be offering visitors in the next few months.

And Delta Vacations has some great packages to take you there.

What’s going on?

Start in early December, when there will be an extended event of historical and emotional significance, as the island of Oahu serves as the location for the 75th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony and the annual Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade on December 7. This entire part of the month will encompass parades, performance and other activities that span over the course of ten days. On a lighter note, there are also other events such as the Honolulu Marathon, a concert by the music artist Sting, and the Hawaii Tourism Conference.

If you are a golf fan and want to wait until after New Year’s to make your trip, you can time your travel to coincide with the Sony Open, which starts on January 9.

Then again, maybe you would just prefer to take the freestyle approach, arriving without any definite plans or set agenda, so you can just relax and make spontaneous plans depending on your mood. The gorgeous nearby beaches and natural landmarks mean there are always plenty of things to see and do throughout your entire stay.

Of course, if anything could make a trip to Hawaii even better, it’s the ability to save money while still getting the trip of your dreams. That may sound like a tall order, but it is very possible, thanks to Delta Vacations. They have several appealing Hawaii promotions available right now—and some allow for travel into spring 2017, just in case you can’t leave for a while.

The Starwood Hotels & Resorts promotion lets you save up to $225 per booking when you add a car rental to your package. Your stay will include the amazing views that Starwood properties in that area provide, ensuring your vacation is packed with unforgettable moments, even from your room windows.

Or you might want to consider the Oahu package, which entails similar savings on travel to that region. The third largest of the Hawaiian Islands, it offers a diverse assortment of activities and must-see options for travelers of all ages. The oceanside oasis of Waikiki Beach is a popular highlight, as is Diamond Head.

In addition to the events mentioned above, Oahu will also host the 42nd Annual Honolulu Intertribal Powwow in early October, along with the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival a few weeks after that. Later in the year, there’s Honolulu Fashion Week. Then the Waikiki Holiday Parade serves as the precursor to the Pearl Harbor Commemoration activities.

Like all trips offered through Delta Vacations, these boast the No Surprise Pricing guarantee, meaning that flight and hotel taxes are included in the package price so you don’t need to worry about getting hit with pricey extra charges you didn’t expect. And you will always get the personal service and attention to detail that you expect from Delta Vacations.

Make plans for your Delta Vacations adventure to Hawaii now.
