Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace to Begin Accepting Reservations

Reservations for the Nobu Hotel, which is set to open at Caesars Palace later this year, will open on Oct. 1. The 181-room hotel, designed by Rockwell Group’s David Rockwell, is being constructed with the former Centurion Tower at Caesars Palace. The adjoining Nobu Restaurant will be the first on the Strip and the largest of Nobu’s restaurants worldwide, spanning more than 12,000 square feet. Hotel guests will have access to Nobu’s first in-room dining menu and will receive express iPad in-room registration.
