As a bonus, the Vancouver-Delhi and Toronto-Delhi routes will feature contemporary Indian culinary offerings from revered Vancouver chef Vikram Vij in all cabins of service.
Bureau emphasized the importance of Air Canada weaving together global connections as the Great White North’s flag carrier, stating, “we hope to connect not just Canadians globally but also show our mutual customers across the globe the comforts of Air Canada.”
