Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? If your answer was SpongeBob Squarepants, well then you’re correct.

Did you also know, however, that you too can live in a pineapple under the sea?

At Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, opening summer 2016, the Pineapple Villa is indeed a thing. And jumping jellyfish, is it cool!

The playful, 1,500-square-foot, presidential suite is a one-of-a-kind experience, and takes inspiration from SpongeBob Squarepants’ home in none other than Bikini Bottom. From the outside, guests will come across an impressive Pineapple structure, making for the perfect Instagram shot (no filter needed). Once inside, you’ll step into SpongeBob’s world and prepare to be wow-ed.

Accommodating up to eight people, the 2-bedroom/3-bath Pineapple features all of the modern amenities and luxurious accommodations found at the resort, but with oh-so-much more. Your villa comes with indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, a private master suite with a king size bed, smart TV and closets.

Your oversized marble bathroom is complete with double sinks, an indoor shower, as well as an inviting Aguas del Amor outdoor shower and a freestanding tub. The upstairs accommodation allows kids and kids at heart to dive into SpongeBob’s World and imagine life in Bikini Bottom. The Villa’s second story is a loft-style living room and is complete with two single beds, TV and private bathroom.

The main living room features a pull-out sofa bed, dining room, TV, play area, storage space, a private bathroom and access to the Suite’s sublime private gardens and patio where the Pineapple’s signature infinity pool, sun-bathing beds, dining and living area can be found.

That’s not all… private butlers take care of your family’s every need, from a pre-arrival questionnaire to pampering services during your stay. Enjoy a private tour of the property, activity bookings, preferred access to all restaurants and spa, and daily premium magazines and newspapers. Private butlers will also arrange tailor-made private activities such as a moonlight beach dinner prepared by a world-class chef, wine tasting, an in-suite afternoon tea party, pizza party or pajama party. Home sweet Pineapple.

Just one bit of advice though - be careful not to step on Gary!
