In the constantly evolving travel industry, the standards of value and quality are dynamic and regularly redefined. This holds true for cruising, where innovation and ingenuity continually improve the guest experience.

Booking should be seamless from the moment travelers begin their research. But the reality is, the process of choosing a cruise is overwhelming more often than not.

Costa has simplified the process with the “More or Less” Sale, allowing guests to define their own concept of cruise value, based on their personal preferences and unique wishes.

With the ‘More or Less’ Sale, Costa’s guests have two options to choose from when booking their cruise.

The first is a flat-rate, “Best Fare” option. This is ideal for diligent guests who prefer to schedule their cruise in advance; for travelers who search for the most affordable fare, who might be sailing without children and want to book excursions and dinner reservations once they’re on board. This option is perfect for guests who want to book without the added frills, without being committed to or limited by purchase decisions made before setting sail.

The second option is an “Amenity Fare” with unbeatable value for families. Children under the age of 17 sail free when accompanied by two full-fare adults in the same cabin. Guests will receive between $50 and $200 in onboard credit, contingent upon their cabin category. Onboard credit can be spent on countless luxuries on board and off including spa treatments, specialty dining, drinks, onboard shopping, shore excursions and more.

Throughout fall and winter 2016-2017, select cruises in the Mediterranean and Caribbean feature capacity-controlled rates. From as low as $449, Costa’s guests sail the Med for seven nights; and from $799 for 10 nights in the Caribbean.

Costa Deliziosa’s Caribbean sailings from Fort Lauderdale feature seven-night cruises from $699 to Grand Cayman, Belize, Cozumel and Roatan.

Guests can book ‘Best Fare’ cruises via their travel agent, at or by calling 1-800-GO-COSTA. To book under Costa’s “Amenity Fare,” guests must make arrangements through their travel agent or by calling 1-800-GO-COSTA.
