    Selling Sirenis: Top 10 Highlights

    Selling Sirenis: Top 10 Highlights

While the unbeatable prices of our Last Minute Fall and Holiday promotions act as a pretty strong selling point in itself, we thought it might be helpful to provide you, the agents, with a quick recap of the top 10 highlights of Sirenis Hotels & Resorts. Number 10 has some exciting news.

    1) Customer Service

The Sirenis Hotels & Resorts Company has always placed high value in offering exceptional service to its guests. As a family owned company, our goal is for guests to feel as though they are being welcomed into the Sirenis family as soon as they arrive on property.

    2) The Atmosphere

Both Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya and Sirenis Punta Cana have a unique atmosphere about them, making them stand out from the surrounding hotels in each respective area. At Sirenis Punta Cana, the open air, palapa roofed lobby welcomes guests to an authentic Caribbean paradise. Guests visiting Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya on the other hand, are always surprised to hear that the triangular structure of the resorts buildings are inspired not by modern architecture, but by the designs of the ancient Mayan civilization.

    3) Spa Grand Sirenis

The Award winning Spa Grand Sirenis incorporates the forces of nature, earth, air, water, and fire, into the variety of treatments that guests can choose from. Additionally, there are several culturally inspired treatments, such as the Temazcal ritual, which is performed, in part, by an authentic shaman.

    4) Sirenis Aquagames

Sirenis Aquagames is one of the largest waterparks in the Punta Cana area, and is fully accessible to all Sirenis guests as an all-inclusive amenity. With seven thrilling high tower slides, as well as a smaller pirate themed area and wading pool for younger children, guests of all ages will enjoy a day of excitement here.

    5) Dolphin Discovery

Dolphin Discovery Tulum opened in July 2014 on the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya property. While owned and managed independently, the park offers guests with the opportunity to interact and swim with some of the most beautiful and intelligent mammals in the world and a truly unforgettable experience.

    6) Uvero Alto Beach

With a prime location on the Uvero Alto coastline, Sirenis Punta Cana has a breathtaking 1,300-feet stretching beach lined with plenty of lounge chairs, palapas, and palm trees. The secluded area makes for a quiet, relaxing atmosphere with ideal swimming conditions in the calm, pristine waters.

    7) Eco-Sirenis

Last year, Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya launched its biggest ‘green’ initiative, EcoSirenis, to promote environmental friendliness and preservation. Guests can participate in bike rides or hikes through five different ecosystem paths to learn about the regions natural habitat. One of these paths is the Vivero conservation nursery, in which over 22 plant species are grown and protected.

    8) Family Friendly Dining

At both Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya and Sirenis Punta Cana guests have a number of dining options thanks to our wide variety of à la carte restaurants offered at both resorts, ensuring that we cater to guests with a range of different taste preferences. Since we know that children are often our pickiest critics, we offer alternative options for children at both properties.

    9) Snorkeling the Coral Reefs

Located along one of the largest coral reefs in the area, Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya offers guest with exceptional snorkeling conditions, right off their beach! With guided tours, gusts can learn all about the colorful fish that inhabit these reefs, first hand!

    10) New Property for 2016!

Sirenis Hotels & Resorts is proud to announce the newest addition to our Grand Sirenis luxury hotel brand, Grand Sirenis Matlali Hills Resort & Spa, opening December 2015.  This five-star resort is located near the Puerto Vallarta region, nestled among the Colina de la Bahia de Banderas hills and is a short 10-minute shuttle ride from the Riviera Nayarit beach, creating a panoramic view like no other. Guests will find comfort and tranquility in all three of the spacious luxury suites: the Tropical View Junior Suites, the Rolling Hill Junior Suites and the Master Suites Ocean View.

Guests looking to visit the ocean have easy access to the hotel’s private shuttle, which runs on the half hour, to our Eva Mandarina Beach Club where they have access to a full buffet and bar. The Makawé Spa recreates the soothing tranquility of the rainforest, offering complete relaxation within six quiet Asian-style indoor and outdoor treatment areas, as well as a Zen-inspired steam room and plunge pool.
