    A five-star vacation in Mexico combined with wine tastings, beach BBQs, gourmet dinners and celebrity chefs. Sounds too good to be true, right? Wrong.

    At El Dorado Royale and El Dorado Casitas Royale, by Karisma, guests can enjoy all of this each month with the Jackson Family Wines and Canadian Beef Culinary Series.

    Taking place every first and second week of the month, the Jackson Family Wines & Canadian Beef Culinary Series gives foodies the chance to mix and mingle with other guests as they indulge in fine wines and juicy beef cuts, all with an ocean breeze.

    Expert sommeliers and celebrity chefs from around the U.S. and Canada (if they look familiar, you’ve probably seen them on Top Chef) come out to showcase their culinary style and expertise at various events. Guests can book these prior to their trip online, or with their personal concierge once they arrive.

    From chef meet and greets, to wine pairings with lite bites, beach BBQs, cooking demonstrations, chef showcases, and a full blown gala dinner, there’s something to please every guest’s palate and price point.

    Our recommendations? During the Jackson Family Wines Series, opt for the Gala Dinner finale event at Fuentes Culinary Theatre. The chef prepares a five-course meal right in front of your eyes (think menu items like beef tartare, steak-frites & more), paired with delicious wines to match. Perfect for date night or a group outing. If you’re visiting during the Canadian Beef Series, join the Burgers & Wine lunch on Thursdays and enjoy gourmet crafted burgers with innovative toppings (fried egg, anyone?) and refreshing wines paired to match the beachy setting.
