Bahama Grill
While the food here is also top notch, the happy hour drinks include majority of rums and wine, except for top shelf rums. Still, the top shelf rums can be purchased at half price if you need something stronger.
Pearl Island
You will need to spend $15 round trip for the boat ride here, but the views more than make up for it. With $3 beers and $4 cocktails for sale on the boat, it's a fine way to spend a happy hour in The Bahamas.

The Underground Bistro Bar
Starting at 6 p.m. instead of five o'clock like most places, the Underground Bistro Bar is labeled as "one of the best hole in the walls in the downtown area," according to a Bahamas Ministry of Tourism blogger.
LifeStylez Bar & Lounge at Bacardi
Lasting until 10 p.m. as opposed to the nine o'clock hour that most happy hours end at, the 50 cents wings are the show stopper at Life Stylez Bar & Lounge at Bacardi, but drink prices are also very good.
Via Caffe
Happy hour here run on Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and while it is limited to martinis and margaritas, you are right in the heart of downtown, which makes for a fantastic atmosphere.
