    Travel Impressions: Helping Agents Make Lasting Impressions Since 1974

    Pause for a moment. For one split second, stop thinking about the work that’s piling up on your desk, the appointments you need to make, the groceries you need to pick up later, and look — really look — at any vacation photo from anywhere.

    It’s a big, beautiful world out there, and we often forget that as we are swept up into mundane routines. We lose our sense of wonder as we live on autopilot, fast-forwarding through life, counting down to our vacations; then speeding through our vacations as we rush to do it all and see without seeing and hear without listening.

    Well, let’s all stop doing that and, instead, focus on making lasting impressions — the driving premise behind Travel Impressions.

    Forty years ago, Travel Impressions started putting together packages to Cancun for travel agents out of a small office in central Long Island, N.Y. Our vision was to provide exceptional, upscale experiences to travelers by giving their agents best-in-class service and putting them first always. Much has changed since then, from the expansion of our portfolio to 200-plus destinations around the world, 2,400 and counting partner hotels and resorts, and a growing collection of more than 1,350 luxury villas across the globe to the introduction of Dedicated Vacation Flights, Impress Me Deals, and a new luxury program that’s well on its way.

    However, two things haven’t changed — our dedication to our travel agents and our commitment to helping all of their clients create the lasting impressions that will stay with them for a lifetime.

    I am thrilled to be able to share with the travel community all the programs that our teams are so hard at work building. With this new blog series, I’ll be able to tell you all about the great things we are providing to help you and your customers take that much-needed step back to better enjoy life and live in the moment. To write about destinations, resorts and offers I’m excited about, and that you should be, too. To talk about extraordinary added values, experiences, and places that make sure that the memories made will remain more vibrant than any photo you might snap.

    They say that life is short — but sweet for certain — so let’s make all our travel impressions lasting ones. This planet is full of opportunities to awe: take them, and take them all!
