Port of Los Angeles Opens Permanent Craft Market
A permanent craft market called Crafted at The Port of Los Angeles is officially opening today, June 29. Crafted is a new large-scale permanent craft marketplace occupying classic World War II-era waterside warehouses at the Port of Los Angeles.
Hundreds of individual craft-artists, designers and artisanal food makers will offer their wares. The market will be open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday year-round. The marketplace will also showcase demonstrations, live music, special events, and food from food trucks.
The grand opening of Phase One of the marketplace will begin at 10:30 a.m. June 29 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The festivities continue through July 1.
