SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Launches Travel Agent Website

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment unveiled its first-ever travel agent website providing retailers with the ability to book everything for a vacation at the company’s 10 parks in one place. Travel agents in the U.S. and Canada may now register with their IATA or CLIA number to book complete vacation packages earn 10 percent commissions on virtually all products sold. As an added bonus – and to celebrate the launch of the new website – SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment will provide an additional two percent commission to agents who book for travel in 2012. The website is located at www.seaworldparks.com/travelagents.
Travel agents will have access to and receive commission on products ranging from admission tickets, exclusive Behind-the-Scenes experiences, and vacation and hotel packages. “We are thrilled about this new Web site and how it will strengthen our relationship with the travel agent community,” said Patricia Larocca, vice president of sales for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. “We know this resource will be invaluable to them and it’s exciting to provide it to them.”
Agents will be able to stay connected and have access to insider information for their clients about the latest ticket offers and promotions, as well as all of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment’s sales resources, including brochures, videos, images, logos and more. Agents may also earn continuing education credits by participating in the SeaWorld Parks Travel Academy.
Locations include SeaWorld parks in Orlando, San Diego and San Antonio; Busch Gardens parks in Tampa, Fla. and Williamsburg, Va.; Discovery Cove and Aquatica in Orlando; Sesame Place near Philadelphia, Pa.; and water parks Adventure Island in Tampa and Water Country USA in Williamsburg.
