Special Needs Group, Inc. is offering two webinars (offered several times each) during August, its "Summer School" month. With its "Jump-Start" online Accessible Travel Advocate webinar, the organization is providing information and resources designed to help clients with special needs.

Travel professionals can “jump-start” their Accessible Travel Advocate Certification with a webinar that will cover understanding accessible travel and what it encompasses, equipment that can be offered, and demonstrating accessible travel advocacy skills. This webinar will take place Aug. 1, 7, 8, 15, 22 and 28 at 3 p.m. ET. Participating agents will earn five CLIA credits upon completion.

The other webinar covers how to electronically deliver an accessible travel experience via SNG. Travel professionals will learn how to register for the SNG Travel Agent Affiliate/Commission program, service the special needs/accessible travel market, and maximize time and efficiency with online ordering. It will take place Aug. 14, 21 and 29 at 3 p.m. ET.
