Vacation.com has announced its 2012 Culinary Collection which includes 32 unique food- and wine-themed cruises with departures from ports of call worldwide. These cruises area aboard lines such as Celebrity Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Holland America Line, Oceania Cruises, Paul Gauguin Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Clients booking a cruise from the collection will receive extra amenities at no additional cost, and certain itineraries offer clients the services of a concierge host, an exclusive hosted shore event, and a private cocktail reception.

The 2012 Culinary Collection features demonstrations from world-renowned chefs, cooking classes onboard and on shore, as well as wine and spirit tastings, and meals focused on regional cuisine.

The all-inclusive Regent experience features two-for-one airfare, plus bonus savings, unlimited shore excursions, a luxury hotel package, pre-paid gratuities and much more. In one of six Culinary Collection cruises, clients will spend seven nights sailing from Stockholm to Copenhagen. Along the way, they’ll see Tallinn and Harju County, with lunch and wine at the renowned Old Village Inn.

Paul Gauguin Cruises offers “A Blissful Respite,” where clients may choose one of four Tahitian sailings. These cruises include learning about local history through song and dance, cooking demos, enjoy a cocktail party hosted by a famous winemaker or elevate their skills by taking part in a one-on-one lesson with one of America’s most celebrated chefs.

Holland America Line’s selections in the collection include 12 departures ranging from Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean to the Panama Canal, Norway, and Spain. Kitchen demonstrations are in a theater-style venue.
