VIA Rail Canada is offering Youth Fare discounts applicable to passengers aged 12 to 25 -- teenagers 12 to 17 and full-time students with ISIC card get 30 percent off in Economy class and 10 percent off full fare in all other classes (except business class). VIA Rail Canada operates 503 intercity, transcontinental and regional trains linking 450 communities across its route network.
