Accor announced several new developments and openings heading into 2023, including the anticipated opening of two hotels, the Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo Panama and Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences.

This March, Hilton revealed it's anticipating the strongest year of growth in France yet, with seven new openings including Canopy by Hilton Cannes, Sainte-Anne Hotel Dijon, Curio Collection by Hilton, Marty Hotel Bordeaux, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn Paris La Villette.

Marriott expects to capitalize upon Saudi Arabia's burgeoning popularity with a new deal to open as many as eight hotels in Madinah, the country's religious epicenter, adding 4,400 rooms to the city.
