Travel agents and advisors interested in selling Virgin Voyages to customers should join the cruise line's website dedicated to "First Mates."
Virgin Voyages is offering agents and advisors-which the cruise line has dubbed First Mates-in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom the chance to learn about the brand and conduct business on behalf of their clients.
Once it officially launches February 5, the First Mates website will be able to access interactive marketing and learning materials. The following day, Virgin will debut its educational course educating agents and advisors on the Scarlet Lady's cabins, suites and offerings.
The dedicated online platform will help First Mates start booking trips for the 2020 inaugural season on February 14. Agents and advisors working with clients holding pre-sale deposits will be able to work with Sailor Services beginning February 5.
In addition, First Mates who register on the cruise line's official website before February 14 will be entered in a contest to win a tea session with Sir Richard Branson.
Virgin Voyages' first ship, the Scarlet Lady, will start sailing from PortMiami in 2020.
