Porter Airlines has begun nonstop service between Montreal and Halifax, with connecting flights to St. John's via Halifax. The service features two daily roundtrips. A schedule of two daily roundtrips is available for the summer season until Sept. 6. Following this date, the frequency adjusts to four weekly roundtrips in the fall. This service features one roundtrip flight on Thursday and Friday, as well as two on Sunday. The new routing also makes available up to six daily flights between Halifax and Toronto via Ottawa or Montreal. For more information, visit www.flyporter.com.
