UPDATE: Thursday, May 25
TSA responded with a statement asserting that Ms. Raisman was traveling from an International airport at the time in question. In this case, a TSA agent would not have been involved: "TSA conducts screening at security checkpoints when departing from a U.S. or U.S territory airport, and it appears that Ms. Raisman was traveling from a foreign airport. We have reached out to Ms. Raisman via Twitter, requesting more details of her experience. If the incident occurred at any of our security checkpoints in the U.S, we look forward to hearing from her to look into this further."

Aly Raisman is a six-time Olympic medalist-including three golds-who is celebrated nationally for what she has sacrificed and accomplished during the Summer Games.
On a recent trip, however, she ran into a TSA agent who wasn't the least bit impressed.
The 22-year-old took to Twitter to regale her nearly million followers about the moment a TSA agent allegedly referenced her biceps as a reason she couldn't possibly be a remarkably well-decorated Olympian.

It all started when another TSA agent spotted the athlete who recently took home a gold and two silver medals at the Rio de Janeiro Summer Games. Here is how it all played out according to Raisman:
Raisman continued with a tweet that states: "If u are a man who can't compliment a girls [bicep emoji] you are sexist. Get over yourself. Are u kidding me? It's 2017. When will this change?"
Raisman was recently in Turks and Caicos according to a couple of her other tweets:

The TSA has since responded directly to Raisman through its Ask TSA Twitter channel, offering to respond further through private message.
There is likely no love lost between travelers and TSA-an agency whose employees have an admittedly thankless job rifling through belongings and patting down travelers while each is already at their limit of aggravation. Some, however, deserve the vitriol. While an allegation, it's easy to believe this exchange took place when you consider the myriad horror tales that hit social media.
Things are going to get more frustrating for those who don't like an extra step, as TSA is rolling out new policies that possibly mean an extra bag check.
As long as the agents are simply looking for contraband and leave their comments to themselves things should go smoothly.
