Viking Ocean Cruises has stretched its legs beyond Europe into the Caribbean for the company's first time, and the Viking Star is taking guests to the frequented region with renewed interest. In newfound style, Viking is currently embarking on a season of 11-day "West Indies Explorer" sailings roundtrip from San Juan, Puerto Rico.

We were just onboard for the inaugural run to favorites like St. Thomas and St. Martin as well as unique gems like Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis and St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda.
