Barbados will hold its first annual Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival, a four-day epicurean celebration, from Nov. 19 to 22, 2010. The event will feature celebrity chefs Tom Colicchio, Marcus Samuelsson, Ming Tsai and Tim Love, who will provide cooking demonstrations including sessions for visitors and local residents.
