Responding to customer demand, Kayak.com has made over 300 Cuban hotels and flights to the island nation from outside of the U.S. searchable on the website.
Kayak is making clear that the Cuba-related searches are for informational purposes only, and is not including booking links. They provide a U.S. Department of the Treasury link that outlines the 12 categories of a legal Cuba visit from the U.S.
U.S. and Cuba relations has been the talk of the travel industry since President Obama announced in January that restrictions against Cuba are being relaxed. But the moment has not come yet when all sanctions are lifted and general tourism can begin.

Kayak.com is an award-winning website and app that searches hundreds of travel sites, and allows bookings through either those travel websites or Kayak itself.
