Nothing says craft beer like carrots.

The Huffington Post's Joe Satran reports there has been a major development in the vegetable brew department, with an Australian brewery unveiling its orange-tinted carrot concoction.

We assume this means our daily allotment of veggies can now come in pint form. We won't even bother to fact check that and ask for a giant glass of the stuff. Make it two; we are being healthy after all.

ABC.net.au has the full story, which features brewer Wade Davis collaborating with farmer Richard Gorman.

The end result is the following glimpse found on Davis' 4 Hearts Brewing social media outlets:

We have to admit that the orange beer looks inviting. But then you hear the catchy name of the brew, Wabbit Saison, and you demand to have a night out with this brilliant drink.

Sadly, the beer seems to be limited to the brewery and select locations in Australia, so those visiting please give us a heads up on the taste.

Curtis explains to ABC on the beer that uses 16 percent carrot juice: "The juicing carrot - a lot of the times - is the carrot they can't sell. We take it and we turn it into something else - we use it in our beer and we add value and we add interest."

Satran explains just how rare this beer may just be: "Yet 4Hearts is surely among the first breweries to try using fermented carrot juice to try to craft a beer that actually tastes like carrot. The only comparable beer we could find was one made by Twisted Pine Brewing Company in Colorado called Roots Revival…and they only made one small batch of it back in February 2013."

So consider yourself fortunate if you happen upon the brewery in your travels, which has an official website that boasts more details.

Now we can't wait to see what they do for duck season.
