A&A Ciao Italy Tours, is offering a food-oriented package to Tuscany that includes a castle stay that is also a working wine estate in the Chianti Classico area of Italy. A chef will leads participants each day in how to prepare a typical Italian menu. Dishes will then be eaten during the meal with a matching wine. Each lesson is based on typical Tuscan recipes, basic and genuine ingredients which can be easily found abroad to cook same dishes at home. The course is held at Castello Vicchiomaggio, a well-known wine estate, cellars and vineyard visits are part of the instruction. The seven-night package is priced from $2,999 per person double land only (agent commission 10 percent up to five clients and five to 10 pays 12 percent commission). The package includes private transfers from/to airport (Florence or Rome) five cooking lessons, buffet breakfasts, lunch or dinner at the end of each cooking lesson, a cellar and vineyard tour with wine tasting and more. The cooking lessons take place daily at 10 a.m. or 4 p.m. The package is available Jan. 4 to April 1.
