Ace Your Azul Sales
Target these four markets to help your Azul Beach Resort Sensatori Jamaica sales flourish.

It’s no secret that one of the all-inclusive resort segment’s strongest selling points is its wide appeal. Nonetheless, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take a strategic approach to selling these types of properties.
Determining a resort’s most salient features and amenities—and what types of clients they would appeal to—is the first step in increasing your all-inclusive resort sales.
Karisma Hotel & Resorts’ Azul Beach Resort Sensatori Jamaica is no exception to that rule. In June the company debuted a new premium stand-alone section (think: resort-within-a resort) with 149 suites designed specifically for the North American market.
Here are four markets to help your Azul Beach sales flourish.
Honeymoons
The new premium section offers oceanview honeymoon suites catering specifically to newlyweds, with king-size beds, balcony terraces, beach and pool butler service, aromatherapy, pillow menus and 24-hour room service.
“Karisma’s signature honeymoon packages—which include memorable private candlelit dinners and romantically decorated suites—are available in Jamaica,” said Kelly Poling, Karisma’s senior vice president of marketing.
When qualifying clients, Poling recommended that agents be sure to discuss the romantic appeal of the destination itself.
“Negril is a stunning honeymoon destination overall,” she said, adding that couples can also visit “Negril Cliffs with their breathtaking views, the ecotourism destination Royal Palms Reserve and stunning waterfalls.”
Weddings
The resort is equipped with multiple wedding venues designed to accommodate a wide variety of style preferences and party sizes. Venue options include intimate gazebo style facilities and the resort’s new rooftop Skydeck, which proffers up 360-degree views.
“The beauty of a destination wedding is being able to create a memorable itinerary of exciting events for your closest friends and family,” Poling said. “There are also plenty of private event options, including catamaran day trips, cliff diving at nearby attractions, tours to the famous Ocho Rios waterfalls and rum tastings for the entire group.”
Azul Beach also offers a variety of pampering services and facilities, including the Vassa Spa’s bridal suites for wedding parties the day of nuptials and a wedding ritual menu featuring treatments for brides and grooms.
“For families in wedding groups, there’s the My Gym Children’s Fitness Program, Azulitos Playhouse for day and evening activities and Azulitos Spa Services, tailored just to kids,” Poling said.

Foodies
Since its inception, Karisma Hotels & Resorts has distinguished its brands from the competition with its “gourmet inclusive experience,” which places a high premium on its generous number of outstanding à la carte culinary offerings. The same holds true for Azul Beach.
“The resort encompasses nine ‘gourmet-inclusive’ dining options ranging from a craft coffee bar to elegant Italian, New Age Asian and a poolside Jamaican outpost serving national favorites such as beef patties,” Poling said.
“It also offers nine bars, including three swim-ups, the brand-new Indigo Lounge with craft cocktails and a rock & roll vibe; and the Nesta Rasta Lounge, a Jamaican rum bar featuring a Bob Marley ambiance and a premium rum selection as well as complimentary weekly Appleton tastings.”
Couples
You can cast a wide net when it comes to targeting couples interested in romantic vacations. Just for starters, the resort is set on Seven Mile Beach, which has justifiably earned a reputation as one of the most stunning in the world.
“A true beachfront property, every suite—including new premium oversized offerings specifically designed for couples—is just steps away from the sand, ensuring every guest has a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea,” Poling said.
Be sure to promote the resort's romantic features and amenities as well.
“Couples can relax oceanside and let beach butlers take care of the rest, indulge in a couples massage or private candlelit dinners on the beach,” Poling said.
