Setting New Standards at Palace Resorts
Palace Resorts’ Frank Corzo on the company’s role as a leader in the contemporary all-inclusive market.

Palace Resorts is one of the resort companies responsible for creating higher customer expectation levels for the all-inclusive category. By successfully combining premium accommodations with deluxe amenities, facilities, and services, along with on-property headline entertainment and a full menu of activities, Palace has played a pivotal role in establishing the model of upscale, contemporary all-inclusive resorts.
Each of the company’s 10 properties in Mexico and Jamaica features an array of elements created specifically for today’s travelers, from prime beachfront locations to plush, contemporary design in public rooms and feature-filled, tech-enabled accommodations.
Palace has also raised the bar on cuisine, with a recently announced partnership with three-starred Michelin chef Massimo Bottura. The company already maintains an exclusive partnership with Certified Angus Beef, and has another with celebrated pastry chef Antonio Bachour.
We spoke with Frank Corzo, Palace’s vice president of U.S. field sales, for his view on the company’s success in the all-inclusive category.
