The Best of Two Worlds with Resort for a Day
Resort for a Day offers cruise passengers the chance to spend their days in port at private resorts.

Today’s cruise ships are often described as “floating resorts,” offering many of the facilities, amenities and services vacationers expect from the best land-based hotel and resort properties.
Now, cruise vacationers have the opportunity to enjoy the best of both worlds through Resort for a Day.
The company offers day passes that enable travelers to experience resorts in 21 destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico, the Bahamas and Hawaii while their cruise ships are docked in port. We spoke with Lynn Walters, manager of Resort for a Day, to get a picture of the full range of services the company offers to cruise passengers seeking to combine their voyage with land-based resort visits.
