Giving Your Clients the World
Travel Impressions transforms itself from a sun-and-sand tour operator to a comprehensive global packager

Travel Impressions President Scott Wiseman wants you to use the tour operator for all of your clients’ travel needs. The company has made that possible, thanks to a significant expansion of its offerings, which now include more than 250,000 hotels, resorts and villas, and upward of 30,000 tours, attractions and transfers.
With the addition of Africa and the expansion into Asia and the Middle East, you can count on a consistent product across the board, Wiseman said.
Beyond Sun-and-Sand Destinations
The expansion is part of Travel Impressions’ transformation from a sun-and-sand tour operator to a comprehensive global packager. While beach resorts remain an important product offering, the company wants to help you capture a larger share of your client’s “traveling wallet,” Wiseman said.
He noted that agents have told him and his fellow executives that while customers are seeking all-inclusive resort vacations, they also want to travel to Europe or experience a villa. That demand is what has driven the broadening and deepening of the portfolio.
Asia, Africa and the Middle East
In response to pent-up agent demand, Travel Impressions is returning to the Middle East in August, Wiseman said.
Its expansion into Asia and Africa was developed in conjunction with SITA World Tours, which customized an Africa and Asia program for Travel Impressions. “Travel agents know SITA and are thrilled we are working with them,” he said.
Delivering the Goods to Agents
The operator aims to make things easier for you no matter what you are selling. In a popular destination like Iceland, for instance, where inventory is difficult, the company delivers availability. “We don’t just add products for the sake of it but add them when there is demand,” Wiseman said. “At this point, it’s hard to find a destination we can’t help with.”
