Orlando and Beyond
Brought to you by Alamo Rent A Car.

It’s cold through much of the country, but spring break is fast approaching. Of course, many of your clients want to head south to Florida and Orlando, the “Theme Park Capital of the World.”
The central Florida city is home to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando and Legoland Florida Resort.
In fact, 72 million visitors traveled to Orlando in 2017, a 5 percent increase over the prior year, cementing the area’s reputation as America’s most-visited destination.
The best way to travel in and around Orlando is in a rental vehicle, allowing your clients to fly there in comfort and then zip around in a new, dependable car, van or SUV.
Orlando is connected by major highway networks for traveling in and around the Greater Orlando area and venturing beyond to visit the state’s legendary beaches and other locales. Primary roadways include Interstate 4 and various tollways – the Florida Turnpike, Highway 528 (Beachline Expressway), Highway 408 (East-West Expressway), Highway 417 (Central Florida Greenway) and State Road 429.
Your clients can pick up their Alamo rental vehicle at nine Orlando locations, including Orlando International Airport (MCO), Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) and Orlando Walt Disney World Car Care.
You’re undoubtedly familiar with the Disney resorts, Universal and SeaWorld (all within roughly 20 miles of MCO), but recommend that your clients drive beyond Orlando for relaxation after a few days at the theme parks. For example, an hour’s drive away is Cocoa Beach, a family-friendly and educational destination on Florida’s Space Coast. The area is home to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and more space attractions. The area also is home to the uncrowded Canaveral National Seashore, which has self-guided walking trails. Parking is available within the park.
When qualifying your clients, search Alamo Rent A Car to compare vehicles and deals specific to their travel plans. (Save them some money by signing them up for Alamo Insiders.)
To ensure a family’s comfort, search the Alamo fleet – vehicles come in all shapes, sizes and colors, from the economy car that holds four people and two bags to the premium SUV, which holds eight people and three bags. You can also reserve child safety seats from Alamo, if needed. For more family-friendly scenic touring tips in the Orlando area, visit www.alamo.com/beachesnearOrlando.
