The Multi-Purpose Marketing Solution
Use the same information for multiple purposesand it all starts with your Instagram posts.

For those of you who know me, you are well aware that I don’t cookie-cutter anything. Everything, from our agency’s website to the itineraries and destinations is unique.
I don’t want to suggest or promote the same trip to Cancun or Punta Cana day after day; that gets boring.
I got into this profession because I wanted something excitingly different, and I owe it to myself to keep it that way.
I want to provide off-the-beaten-path destinations and different experiences to each client I work with—ones that they don’t hear of every day. This isn’t always an easy task.
As an agent, you only have so much time in the day—so how do you make it all come together?
You do it by multi-purposing, which isn’t the same as multi-tasking. Multi-purposing is a concept that I created to streamline day-to-day tasks. In addition to the business of selling travel, we need to think about our social media marketing, customer service and itinerary-building.
So how do we use multi-purposing to easily check some of these tasks off the daily to-do list? I use the same information for multiple purposes and check items off that daily to-do list.
And it all starts with Instagram posts.
Since Instagram has become the premier social media platform to showcase travel, I post gorgeous, intriguing images of unique destinations. Your posted descriptions are equally important, and I write them after I have conducted a bit of research on the subject of the image. This has enabled me to create a very diverse destination list that I actually know a little bit about because I did the research for my Instagram posts.

I create some basic itineraries for these destinations in Travefy, an itinerary-planning tool that is integrated into my Agent Studio website so that I have easy access to the information. I can then recommend these unique destinations to my clients.
Your clients will feel like they are an integral part of the planning process when you share a couple of these one-of-a-kind destinations and ask which they would prefer. They do a little research and give you their feedback. In most cases, they end up sharing their excitement with their friends who then reach out and ask about different destinations they can visit.
Excitement is contagious!
My Instagram posts enable me to engage our agency’s followers by creating a feed that people rave about—while I learn about new destinations and experiences to recommend to clients and create unique ideas for blog posts.
Multi-purposing has taken our social media marketing to a new level. Remember—the same information can be used for many different things.
