The Next Phase of AGENTatHOME
The new AGENTatHOME magazine features a new design, more product and destination reviews, and selling tips to drive your business higher.

Welcome to the next phase of the AGENTatHOME platform, as we officially launch with our new design, more product and destination reviews, and selling tips to drive your business higher. This shift has been in the works for the better part of 2018, with the launch of the AGENTatHOME Community two months ago and the combining of the Vacation Agent magazine content into the all-new magazine.
Every business needs to be ahead of the curve, and we’ve been that way at every step since our launch back in 2002. We saw the shift home, even back then, and set out to launch the first issue of this publication in September 2004. Fast forward till today, and a market that was 15 percent of all agents back then, is now 70 percent of the entire travel agent market today.
That shift has been gradually gaining every single year, and as it approached 70 percent, we thought the time was right to expand the content and tools to take this channel to the next level. The challenge for you as individuals, and suppliers geared toward ARC/IATAN physical locations, is quite simple: You’re not there! Indeed, the entire travel industry sales model is upsidedown compared to the travel agents they are trying to engage.
We help address this by making sure these suppliers have a direct path to engage with the actual seller of travel, and not just a physical location or back-office fulfillment business. And we do it around the content you need to grow your business and be successful. Indeed, the term “Content Is King” has more meaning today than ever, since quality content is why you are actually reading this magazine right at this moment! It’s also why so many of you share your love for this product and what it has meant for your entire business.
Our goal is to continue marrying great content with the suppliers and destinations who want to engage you as individuals. While you read a review of a new resort, for instance, you’ll also see advertising from different brands that want to keep you informed on their latest happenings. This creates a win/win environment for all participants: agents get great content while suppliers/destinations get an engaged audience that responds to their advertising outreach.
As you peruse this issue, let us know how we did with our expanded efforts to help your business!
