Funjet Ups Commission on Air with Some Carriers
Airlines & Airports Funjet Vacations David Cogswell January 16, 2014

As a result of a new policy change, Funjet Vacations is now paying travel agents 5 percent commission on the air portion of packages that include international or Hawaii scheduled air on Delta Air Lines, US Airways, American Airlines, AirTran Airways and Alaska Airlines. Funjet previously paid up to 5 percent, but sometimes less on bookings of those airlines.
On the land portion of these packages, Funjet still pays 5 percent commission, no change. On scheduled air with other airlines, Funjet is adhering to its policy of paying “up to” 5 percent commission. The amount varies by class of service and origin and destination.
