How Much Does It Cost To Celebrate New Year's Eve Twice In One Night?
Airlines & Airports Gabe Zaldivar December 10, 2016

New Year’s Eve is a party so nice you may want to enjoy it twice.
While action that grandiose will cost you, it can be had. CNN reports on PrivateFly, which is a flight service that promises the magnificent luxury that is experiencing a bit of time travel to party twice on the greatest and most festive night of the year.
As CNN states, PrivateFly offers the astounding opportunity that is celebrating New Year’s Eve in one part of the world, traversing the International Date line only to do the same thing later in the night in a different part of the world.
It’s the closest we may ever get to time travel, which explains a price tag that will have you appreciating your own respective shindig back at home.
Sure, that bottle of bubbly will cost you on this special night, but not nearly as much as if you were using PrivateFly to go from Sydney to Los Angeles for an experience 19 hours apart.

Obviously, something this lavish will cost you:
That’s right, the going rate to celebrate New Year’s Eve twice in one year is $191,000, which means that celebrating once seems like the much more sensible option.
And that’s a universal sentiment as CNN reports: “So far, PrivateFly hasn't had any takers. The company offered the same itinerary last year, and while travelers have expressed interest both years, no one has booked.”
Carol Cork, PrivateFly's marketing director, explains to CNN that there is hope yet that some party gets double the fun: “On a day-to-day basis people tend to book four to five days ahead of flights. A lot of people booking private aviation don't like to think ahead, so it wouldn't surprise me at all that we'll be booking flights up to New Year's Eve.”
We certainly encourage you to double down on the celebration if you have the means. The rest of us will savor counting down just once on December 31 for what will be a considerable discount.
