JetBlue Begins Charleston, S.C., Service from JFK, Boston

JetBlue Airways will launch service to its 76th city, Charleston, S.C. Starting today, JetBlue will serve Charleston International Airport (CHS) with twice-daily nonstop service from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and a daily flight from Boston’s Logan (BOS).
To celebrate, through March 10 flights to Charleston from New York are on sale from $79 one way and from Boston from $140 one way for travel between March 19 and May 22 (blackout dates apply). In addition, JetBlue Getaways, the airline’s vacation package service, is offering three-night stays in Charleston from JFK for $299 per person or from Boston for $429 per person. The flights from Charleston will be operated with 100-seat Embraer E190 fleet with leather seating, no middle seat, one free checked bag, and more than 140 channels of free live television and radio on personal seatback screens. The airline also offers a free and unlimited assortment of name brand snacks and drinks for the ride.
