There’s nothing like a New York shopping spree. It’s the stuff of fashionista dreams everywhere and Norwegian Air understands.
The airline has just announced it is offering one-day shopping trips from Dublin to the Big Apple, according to RSVPLive.
The airline is planning to have flights take off from Dublin at 8:30 a.m. local time and arrive at New York’s Stewart Airport at 10:30 a.m. east coast time.
From there, a shuttle bus will transport eager shoppers to New York’s Woodbury Common, a premium outlet run by Simon Property Group that includes more than 200 stores. Among the high-profile designers selling their fashions at there are Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Disney, Michael Kors, and Armani.
Once your shopping heart is content, a shuttle will take travelers back to the airport, three hours ahead of their evening flight back to Dublin.
The shopping bonanza is Norwegian’s way of highlighting its plan to double services from Dublin to Stewart to twice a day starting April 26.

The increased flights being offered by the Scandinavian-owned airline will translate into 66,000 extra seats available to travelers flying the route this year, The Irish Times reported.
Since launching last July, more than 130,000 travelers have flown Norwegian’s Irish-US route.
“Not only are Irish passengers benefitting from more flights to the US, but we’re also making it easier for Americans to access Ireland and beyond at much better value,” said Thomas Ramdahl, Norwegian’s chief commercial officer.
Stewart Airport is located about 60 miles outside New York City.
