WATCH: Delta Air Lines’ Holiday Safety Video

Delta Air Lines, along with several other carriers, have raised the bar on tailoring its safety videos to run on the humorous side.
After all, passengers have become blasé about following the instructions from the flight attendants regarding safety issues, so there had to be some way to grab – and hold – their attention.
Now the holidays are getting the Delta treatment.
This time, there are clever references to such icons as presents, March of the Wooden Soldiers, Ebenezer Scrooge, and god-awful Christmas sweaters.
Elf on the Shelf makes a cameo, as does the Yule Log.
And, of course, what would a holiday video be without an appearance from the man himself, Santa Claus? St. Nick is shown demonstrating how to properly place an oxygen mask over your head and that of your elf, er, child.
