Transportation Companies Shine at Travel’s Biggest Night

Transportation has evolved over the last year, and the companies taking home 2018 Travvy Awards this Wednesday night are among the companies that are the most efficient at getting travelers to where they want to go in the quickest, most affordable and most luxurious ways possible.

These companies have their eyes on the prize when it comes to providing a seamless experience to travelers who are hitting the skies, the roads and the rails.

At the Wednesday night ceremony at Gotham Hall in New York City, the big winner was Enterprise Rent-a-Car, taking home gold in two categories: Best Car Rentals, Domestic, and Best Car Rentals, Overall.

Joining Enterprise in the biggest winners circle was Auto Europe and Hertz Car Rental. Auto Europe took home the top honor for Best Car Rentals, International, as well as an award for Best Chauffeured Services, Overall.

Hertz won awards for Best Car Rentals Overall and Best Car Rentals, International.

In the Rail Category, Rail Europe and Amtrak Vacations won gold and silver, respectively.
