Avis Budget Group just announced it has become the official car rental partner of Universal Parks & Resorts. Guests can look for discounted rates and special offers from the auto rental giant.
A Blue Ribbon Panel of industry and political leaders has been formed to address the growing infrastructure crisis in the U.S. The group includes Amtrak President and CEO Joe Boardman, and major projects to relieve considerable rail congestion and related funding are being discussed.
Enterprise has experienced growth during the 2015 fiscal year per a recent announcement. Revenues increased, U.S. airport market shares expanded, the company’s fleet grew and associated brands restarted operations in far-flung areas of the world.
Lastly, combining cruising and a ride on the rails, TravelPulse’s own Jason Leppert has compiled some great packages that take travelers across the seas, then at ports-of-call, on train journeys through such destinations as Cuba, Alaska and the Canadian Rockies.
