The music never stops onboard as both Warped Rewind at Sea and Rock Legends Cruise VI are set to bring the tunes to the high seas in 2017 and 2018 respectively. The first will mark an inaugural theme cruise, while the second will be the sixth edition of the fan favorite with artists ranging from Good Charlotte to Sammy Hagar.
Warped Rewind At Sea
Sixthman continues to present some of the best music festivals aboard Norwegian Cruise Line as it plans to host the Vans Warped Tour with music management firm MDDN. The result will be the first-ever 4-day Warped Rewind At Sea on the 2,300-fan Norwegian Pearl to celebrate the punk concert series’ best moments since beginning in 1995 on October 28, 2017.
Headlining over the Halloween weekend will be Good Charlotte led by brothers Benji and Joel Madden with two electric sets, acoustic play and an autograph session. Plus, 15 additional artists will also be onboard including Simple Plan, The Starting Line, 3OH!3, Less Than Jake, Cartel, Reel Big Fish and Bowling For Soup.

“Packing as much fun into a ship as we do into a parking lot seemed like a great challenge, and Sixthman has given us that opportunity,” says Warped Tour Founder Kevin Lyman. “We are excited to finally bring Warped Tour to the sea and we hope you can join us.”
Those who reserve by January 19 will get a limited edition Warped Rewind at Sea vinyl, and the guests to fill the first 300 cabins will be invited to a special one-time show from one of the Warped favorites.
Rock Legends Cruise VI
For a different genre of music, the Rock Legends Cruise VI will be headlined by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame-inducted Sammy Hagar on February 15-19, 2018 aboard Royal Caribbean International’s Independence of the Seas. The 4-day cruise will showcase over 20 artists, more than 60 concerts, meet-and-greets, Q&As, acoustic sets and more from an esteemed lineup. Also onboard will be Hagar’s "Sammy's Beach Bar Rum.”

Past artists have included the likes of Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, REO Speedwagon, Peter Frampton, Gregg Allman, The Doobie Brothers, Alice Cooper, ZZ Top, George Thorogood and The Destroyers, Paul Rodgers, Creedence Clearwater Revisited, Leon Russell, Foreigner, Don Felder, Thin Lizzy, 38 Special, The Marshall Tucker Band, WAR, Blue Oyster Cult, Grand Funk Railroad, John Mayall and Todd Rundgren.
"I'm thrilled that we were able to sway Sammy Hagar away from the Cabo Wabo Cantina to headline his first-ever rock-themed cruise," said Pam Myers, President of the Native American Heritage Association. "He's not only a legendary rocker and partier, he also brings a shared vision for giving back so it's a great fit having him on the only charity-based rock cruise on the seas.”
As RLC is presented annually by The Native American Heritage Association (NAHA), all proceeds benefit Native American families living on reservations in South Dakota and Wyoming.
