Azamara Continues Free Evening Events On Every Voyage
Cruise Line & Cruise Ship Azamara Club Cruises Theresa Norton January 28, 2014

Azamara Club Cruises, which began offering a free evening excursion on every voyage last year, will continue to do so in 2014.
Among this year’s AzAmazing Evenings — a private three-tenors performance in a 19th century opera house in Livorno, Italy. Attending a local Burmese festival.
A D-Day Liberation Party at Cherbourg, exactly 70 years to the day that the landings took place. And an eye-popping show in Rio de Janeiro that demonstrates samba’s 500-year history, complete with caipirinhas, Brazil’s national cocktail, naturally.
“Our guests look for experiential opportunities — they already come to us because we are providing longer stays and more overnights at fascinating destinations,” said Larry Pimentel, Azamara president and CEO. “But now, after extensive research and collaboration, we have created custom experiences that allow our guests to experience a destination in a way they may have otherwise never experienced — from interacting with locals at a street party or by offering them private access to world-renowned sites such as Monaco’s Oceanographic Museum.”
