Carnival Cruise Lines has started building what will be its 25th ship.
The Fincantieri shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy, made the first cuts of steel this week for the 135,000-ton Carnival Vista, which is scheduled for delivery in spring 2016.
It will accommodate about 4,000 passengers. Carnival hasn’t yet shared details on the ship’s homeport, itinerary or innovations.
