Following her invitation-only concert for military families on the new Carnival Vista, Carnival Cruise Line has announced Carrie Underwood as an upcoming Carnival LIVE artist.
On November 4, 2016, Underwood performed a concert celebrating both the first arrival of the Carnival Vista in the U.S. as well as the line’s year-long Honor.Family.Fun program in support of Operation Homefront, “building strong, stable and secure military families.” Next she will participate in the cruise line’s unique specialty entertainment offering wherein a subsidized ticket grants guest access to live onboard musical and comedy sets.

“Performing in such an intimate setting aboard the Carnival Vista, was a really special experience,” said Underwood. “I look forward to doing that again and connecting with fans aboard the Carnival Imagination next spring.”
The seven-time Grammy Award-winning country star will be aboard the Carnival Imagination on April 4, 2017. The event will take place in the Dynasty Lounge while the ship is in Catalina Island on a 4-day departure leaving on April 2, 2017 from Long Beach, California.
“Carrie Underwood’s concert for military families aboard Carnival Vista in support of our Honor.Family.Fun. program was truly incredible and we’re absolutely thrilled that guests aboard the Carnival Imagination will have an opportunity to experience her one-of-a-kind talent as part of our Carnival LIVE concert series,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line.
