Holland America Line’s new “Above and Beyond” promotion offers an array of discounts, value-added amenities and more when booking select cruises departing from June to December.

Those who book ocean-view staterooms or higher category accommodations on select Europe cruises will receive a free Signature Beverage Package valued at $50 per day, per person. Most other 2014 cruises and Land+Sea Journeys to Alaska and the Yukon will receive an onboard spending credit of up to $400 per stateroom.

All “Above and Beyond” promotional bookings will also receive up to 10 percent savings on select summer shore excursions when booked before Feb. 28, free or reduced third and fourth fares and reduced deposits of 50 percent off the normal deposit rate.

“We listened carefully to our travel agent partners and they told us that promotions featuring significant incentives make it easier for them to book clients,” said Richard Meadows, executive vice president-marketing, sales and guest programs for Holland America Line. “The ‘Above and Beyond’ program was built with this feedback in mind and covers almost anywhere their clients may want to go so agents can get 2014 off to a great sales start.”

The “Above and Beyond” program also includes tools for travel agents to use, such as a press release, direct mail and email marketing materials. They are available in the Travel Agent Headquarters portal.

For those who book ocean-view and verandah staterooms, the onboard credit is $75 per person on cruises from seven to 10 days long, $100 per person for 11- to 14-day cruises and Alaska Land+Sea Journeys, and $150 per person for cruises 15 days or more. For suites, guests will receive $125, $150 or $200 per person, respectively.
