MSC Cruises recently announced the second season of Kelly & Kloe, an interactive program for kids that lets them be the star of the show.
MSC Cruises says Kelly & Kloe came about “as part of a fantastic family engagement program” but has since grown to become a beloved part of cruising on the MSC Meraviglia.
Initially, more than 85,000 children auditioned to star in the show as part of the Kelly & Kloe experience on board, but only 21 finalists were chosen.
These days, the web series enthralls guests. You can check out the season two trailer here, or watch the entire series on YouTube.
MSC Cruises is well-known for their family offerings, and the Kelly & Kloe program is a testament to their commitment to providing relevant, fun, family-friendly programming on their ships.
MSC’s new ship, the MSC Seaside, will soon offer even more family-friendly activities. On board, cruisers will find:
—An interactive water park, with four winding slides and plenty of fun activities for kids.
—Slide boarding technology, which combines a waterslide with an interactive game.
—Large kids’ clubs with activities for kids of all ages, along with more babysitting and supervised play opportunities.
—Great cruise stops that feature gorgeous Caribbean beaches and plenty of activities for families.
—One of the largest ratios of outdoor space per guest.
While there are plenty of discount cruise lines for families, some special perks offered by MSC Cruises can make certain itineraries more affordable.
For example, many of their cruises—including those in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean—let kids 11 and under cruise free with paid adults. Further, some cruises offer special drinks packages, free internet access on board and onboard credits to cover special meals or spa usage.
Seven-night Caribbean cruises start at around $449 per person but can offer immense value with special promotions added.
