Regent Seven Seas Cruises is working to further enhance the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of a cruise.
The Miami-based luxury cruise line announced Monday that it will begin offering a new wellness program aboard the Seven Seas Voyager this summer.
Available on seven- to 10-night Mediterranean itineraries from late-May through September 2017, "Seven Seas Wellness" combines immersive daytime excursions with signature Canyon Ranch SpaClub services.
Passengers will have several options both on and off the ship, allowing them to personalize their experience. There are more than 10 excursion options throughout various Mediterranean destinations and five 50-minute Canyon Ranch spa offerings, including scrubs, wraps and facials.
Seven Seas Wellness options include soaking in hydrothermal pools in Sorrento, Italy, snorkeling in mineral waters in Athens, Greece, and participating in a Tai Chi class at Pharo Palace in Marseilles, France.
"For many of our guests, the pursuit of well-being is an essential part of a life well-lived. From eating right and exercising to practicing ways to reduce stress and experience moments that uplift the spirit, wellness is quickly becoming the ultimate luxury," said Regent's president and CEO Jason Montague in a statement.

Beyond the new program, Regent announced it will offer more healthful breakfast options at the Pool Bar & Grill onboard the Seven Seas Voyager, including low-fat yogurt and dishes incorporating more exotic fresh fruits. Canyon Ranch Balanced Selection appetizers, entrees and desserts will also be offered at dinner.
The Seven Seas Wellness program, which includes a supplemental charge of $299 per person per port experience and spa service pairing, will not be available aboard the Seven Seas Voyager's July 25, 2017, sailing.
The program will be available for reservations beginning next month.
